Founder’s Club Members Will Receive:

1) Marina Benefits

Free Wet Slips - 20 Home Sites in Front Row

(Wet Slips and Dry Slips will average 30-35 feet)

All phase one buyers that don’t meet the above criteria will receive a 50% discount on a Dry Slip.

All phase one buyers will be required to place 20% towards the cost of their option to purchase a slip within 90 days following contract signing. This deposit will be refundable and sit in an escrow account at Fryer Law Firm. The balance of the purchase of the marina slip will be required upon completion of the marina. Completion of the marina will be defined as the marina’s ability to house boats.

2) For all Founder's Club Members, the Golf Initiation fee will be waived and paid by the developer.

Dues will begin for buyers of condominium residences at the time of Certificate of Occupancy.

Dues will begin for buyers of home sites 18 months following contract signing.

If a Liberty Harbor property owner that purchases a membership wishes to activate that membership prior to closing on their unit for condominium owners or prior to the 18 month timeframe for home site owners, they may do so by informing Liberty Harbor of their intentions. The member would be responsible for monthly dues at the time the membership is activated.


3) $10,000 off purchase price of a residence
